Travel policy

Please follow the Amadeus travel policy when planning your trip.

You are responsible for ensuring your flight is booked as detailed on the Air page. Your hotel will be booked for you.

You must arrive on May 18 unless it is absolutely impossible to make it in time for the 2 p.m. conference start time. If you are flying in prior to the 18th or after the 21st for business-related reasons, you MUST still confirm hotel availability by emailing karenw@corporateplanners.com PRIOR to booking your flight.
