Your hotel will be booked for you by our events team upon receiving your registration form.
You must arrive on May 18 unless it is absolutely impossible to make it in time for the 2 pm conference start time. If you are flying in prior to the 18th or after the 21st for a business-related reasons, you MUST still confirm hotel availability by emailing karenw@corporateplanners.com PRIOR to booking your flight.
We will have a dedicated Amadeus registration area for hotel check-in and conference registration (do not use the main lobby check-in area). The registration desk will be open beginning Monday, May 17 through Friday, May 21. Detailed hours to follow.
If you check-in early, be sure to visit the dedicated Amadeus registration area for credentials later.
As a courtesy, the JW Marriott has extended a discounted pre- and post show rate of $129.00 per night (hotel only) for attendees for three days prior to and following the conference upon availability. If you would like to take advantage of the negotiated rate for a pre- or post- show extension (at your own expense), please e-mail karenw@corporateplanners.comto confirm availability PRIOR to booking your air.

Partners and children are not permitted during the conference dates.
Please note: Amadeus has opted for an all-inclusive plan. Please be sure to participate in planned meal functions. In addition, alcoholic beverages are included at on-site facilities. Sushi and lobster, as well as select premium wine and spirits, are not included in the all-inclusive package. All meal and entertainment related expenses off property and outside of programmed activities are your sole responsibilityand will not be reimbursed.
